Requirements: * Member of the Florida Bar in good standing * 5+ years-experience in the area of commercial litigation (construction litigation preferred) * Self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals * Strong communication skills * Strong legal research and writing skills * Ability to work cases from beginning to close, and manage resources on cases * Experience in taking depositions and preparing witnesses for deposition * Experience in drafting and responding to pleadings and motions, including discovery motions * Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlements.
