The ENT Hospital Physician will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer, collaborating closely with a team of experienced ENT providers, advanced practice clinicians, and a dedicated support staff. This role will also work alongside a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including hospitalists, surgeons, and emergency care professionals, to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency. The ENT Hospital Physician will be part of a dynamic practice that includes a well-established ENT physician and a skilled PA. The hospital features 36 inpatient beds, a 10-bed Open ICU, and a busy 8-bed Emergency Department with highly experienced staff. The facility is equipped with 5 ORs, a 4-OR Surgery Center, and advanced technology, including the daVinci Xi robot. The practice offers a mix of general ENT cases, facial trauma, and a large internal referral base, providing the opportunity to build on an existing patient population. The ENT Hospital Physician will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care, including diagnosing and treating a wide range of ENT conditions. This role will also focus on mentoring advanced practice clinicians, participating in clinical quality improvement initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with referring physicians. On the administrative side, the ENT Hospital Physician will contribute to strategic planning, operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
