Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is in search of an Client Solutions Manage - COBRA and FLEX to join their team. The Client Solutions Manage - COBRA and FLEX will lead our efforts in providing top-notch administration services as we partner with WEX to white label and resell COBRA and FLEX solutions to our benefits administration clients. As the subject matter expert, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and developing quality assurance protocols. You will manage relationships with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor service performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance client satisfaction and support strategic initiatives with senior leadership.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding COBRA and FLEX administration services. Partner with the compliance team to ensure all administrative practices align with current regulations. Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of COBRA and FLEX administration processes Monitor and interpret changes in COBRA and FLEX regulations and ensure that the company’s practices remain compliant with federal and state laws. Develop and maintain documentation and procedures related to COBRA and FLEX administration. Manage the relationship third-party vendors, ensuring service delivery meets agreed-upon standards. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to align with company objectives and client needs. Regularly review vendor performance and address any issues or concerns that arise. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to COBRA and FLEX administration. Prepare and present reports on service performance, client satisfaction, and project outcomes to senior management. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with customer service teams to develop and refine processes for handling COBRA and FLEX-related inquiries and issues. Prepare and present reports on service performance, client satisfaction, and project outcomes to senior management. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Work with the software development team to integrate COBRA and FLEX administration features into the company’s platform. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
What You’ll Need
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in COBRA and FLEX administration or related areas. Proven experience in client management and vendor negotiations. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of COBRA and FLEX regulations and compliance. Familiarity with quality assurance practices and performance metrics.

Pay Range
80000 - 90000 Hourly
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
