Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is a prestigious Homeowners Association Management firm headquartered in Irvine, CA, with offices throughout Northern and Southern California, Colorado, and Idaho. Since 1982, we have led the way in providing superior customer care for our clients in planned-unit developments, condos, mixed-use, commercial, new project developments, large-scale onsite communities, and master-planned community associations.
We are currently seeking a PART-TIME Receptionist for our property in Oceanside. Responsibilities include greeting residents, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support. Qualifications include excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and flexibility with schedule, including holidays.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting residents and handling inquiries professionally.
- Answering phones and directing calls appropriately.
- Performing clerical tasks such as copying, filing, and faxing.
- Maintaining recreation and community files, and managing key sign-out lists.
- Understanding recreation rules and regulations.
- Performing closing procedures for the shift.
- Posting flyers and updating monthly calendars.
- Managing email correspondence.
- Collaborating with security and maintenance departments for emergencies and requests.
- Operating DVD/VCR for movie showings.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of office procedures.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- High School Diploma; 1-2 years administrative experience preferred.
Work Environment:
