Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Power Platform Developer
to drive advanced development and process improvements within the
Microsoft Power Platform . This role requires expertise in
Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Fx, and Power Query , along with strong software engineering principles. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, provide technical support, and ensure best practices in code quality, security, and DevOps deployment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize applications using
Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, Power Query, Dataflows, and Power BI . Design applications following
software engineering principles
to ensure scalability and maintainability. Perform
code reviews
to maintain high-quality standards and mentor junior developers. Provide
training and technical support
to development team members. Estimate work and provide
accurate timelines
for development tasks. Communicate
design ideas and root cause analysis
effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Document
deployment steps for DevOps teams and monitor deployments to higher environments. Identify, design, and implement
process improvements
to optimize workflows. Maintain thorough
documentation
for developed solutions and processes. Qualifications: 8+ years
of experience developing solutions using
Power Platform tools
(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataflows). 8+ years
of experience customizing
Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
using
JavaScript, plug-ins, and custom PCF controls . 8+ years
of experience in
JavaScript/JavaScript frameworks, JSON, RESTful services, and C#.NET development . 8+ years
of experience in
data integration
and implementing
security & governance
in the Power Platform. 8+ years
of experience with
Git-based version control
(branching, merging, code reviews). 8+ years
of experience in
estimating work and resource requirements
for project planning. Preferred:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
certification. Additional Information: Local candidates ONLY! Must be willing to work 2-3 days a week in the office. MUST BE A US CITIZEN
