Your role To lead the digital agenda for the business, partnering to drive strategic and tactical digital plans, and delivering business value. Ensure the delivery of IT roadmaps on time and within budget, aligned with business strategy.

What will we do together?
Implement technological innovations to improve the company's IT environment, increasing efficiency and creating value for clients;
Manage change processes by gathering requirements, assessing status, allocating resources, ensuring quality, and updating stakeholders;
Support business transformation programs aligned with IT and product strategies;
Implement new projects, systems, and improvements, and identify risks;
Maintain relationships with external clients through effective communication;
Manage IT vendors within responsibility areas;
Manage project timelines and create deployment schedules;
Maintain IT documentation and support quality audits;
Align IT initiatives with business objectives to drive success;
Promote industry-standard IT practices;
Be a collaborative team player.
Who are we looking for:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT field;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics (preferred); proficiency in English; experience managing IT projects;
Experience working with external clients and building relationships;
Understanding of the IT system development lifecycle;
Knowledge of IT system integration solutions and technologies;
Experience in IT Change Management;
Strong communication skills and ability to identify business needs;
Familiarity with TMS systems (preferred);
Knowledge of ITIL methodologies (preferred).
