Stephen & Chelsey Diaz are seeking part-time coaching specialists to mentor Rainmaker Mastermind students across all phases of the Rainmaker Journey. The ideal Coaching Specialist possesses key skills and knowledge in the e-commerce business industry and is fired up to walk alongside Rainmakers as they build their family legacy and unlock time and financial freedom.

The Rainmaker Family is fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing. Our work hours may flex up after challenge weeks and flex down certain times of year due to seasonality. Our Coaching Specialists are willing to help out more when needed and are content to rest and lean into family in the down times.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work Collaboratively to Support Rainmaker Students
- Moderate the Rainmaker Mastermind Community group 1 hour per day to answer questions and provide support.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the student experience or improve our educational resources and communicate to Coaching Manager.
- Work cooperatively with the Success Coaching Team to keep Mastermind students in momentum and achieving milestones for all phases of the Rainmaker Journey.
- Work in partnership with the Coaching Manager and Learning and Development Manager to keep course content current and identify gaps in content.
Create Resources to Educate and Equip Rainmaker Students
- Create new course content on e-commerce topics related to the Rainmaker journey.
- Update existing Rainmaker course content as needed to ensure strategies and knowledge shared are up to date.
- Create deliverables such as digital assets, PDFs, guides, checklists, etc. to support student learning of topics related to the Rainmaker student journey.
- Ensure all resources created are aligned with the student journey and student needs.
Host Live Coaching Calls to Support Rainmaker Students
- Host live coaching calls 1-3 times per week on e-commerce topics related to the Rainmaker student journey.
- Support students by providing knowledge, information, feedback, and resources on coaching calls.
- Answer student questions to the best of your ability, while also encouraging students to learn the concepts for themselves so they can become self-sufficient.
- Emphasize the teaching of concepts and communication of information through specific student examples over providing “yes/no” answers to one-off questions.
- Submit new coaching call topic ideas for approval by the Coaching Manager with a proposal.
- Track student call attendance weekly and report to Coaching Manager.
- Track student call rating weekly and report to Coaching Manager.
- Host special guest trainers on coaching calls.
Drive Revenue by Providing Key Services to Meet Student Needs
- Identify potential areas to support students with upgrades and services.
- Submit new Rainmaker upgrade submissions for approval based on student needs and alignment with the Rainmaker ethos.
- Implement promotion of upgrades and services through coaching calls, announcements, and call to actions in line with student needs.
- Set revenue targets with Coaching Manager and hit KPIs weekly.
Process Optimization and Efficiency
- Identify areas and tasks that don’t have any SOPs and take initiative in creating them.
- Identify key “levers” to pull to make the student journey more efficient.
- Create a plan to pull those “levers” and submit for approval to the Coaching Manager.
Data Management and Reporting
- Track progress of projects you own.
- EOD reports to Coaching Manager.
- Update KPIs weekly.
Be Actively Learning New E-Commerce Strategies
- Attend continued education and training opportunities.
- Continuously update your knowledge and skills in e-commerce topics.
- Take on learning new strategies and e-commerce topics to support Rainmaker students.
- Identify professional development opportunities to continue to grow your skills and knowledge.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with team and Coaching Manager daily (M-F) in Slack.
- Respond to all communications (M-F) in 24 hours.
- Submit daily End of Day Report to Coaching Manager.
- Attend Weekly 1:1s with Coaching Manager.
- Attend 1 hour Weekly L10 Meetings.
RESULTS
- > 4.5 Star Rating on Coaching Calls.
- > 4.5 Star Rating on Course Content.
- 10% of Mastermind Members Achieve Student Award Quarterly.
- 20% of Mastermind Members Attend Coaching Calls Weekly.
- 12 New Resources Created by End of Quarter.
- 80% Completion of Rocks by End of Quarter.

AGREEMENT TERMS
- If for any reason you are unable to complete the duties outlined within your role or will be out for a certain period of time, let your Coaching Manager know as soon as possible to make proper arrangements.
- 90 Day Trial
- Base Pay: $50/hr
- Hours: 15-20 hours / week
- Additional hours beyond 20 hours / week must be approved by Director of Fulfillment.

Not Included in this role:
When team members are focused on the responsibilities of the role and stay in their lane, all systems run smoothly. Here are some things the Coaching Specialist will not do:
- Offer coaching to Rainmaker students outside the Rainmaker ecosystem.
- Communicate with Rainmaker students outside Slack & the FB Mastermind Group.
- Spend time offering coaching in other groups or chats made up of former or current Rainmaker students.
