Base pay range

Our clients are typically small to mid-sized local businesses looking to improve their online visibility and generate more customers. Our agency specializes in managing Google Ads campaigns for these businesses, navigating platform restrictions, and delivering measurable results. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining clear communication with clients, resolving any issues they may have, and working with our internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Communicate directly with clients to address their questions and concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and optimize campaign performance. Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth start to our services. Facilitate strategy meetings to review performance and discuss future growth plans. Provide regular ad performance reports and offer insights to improve campaign results. Handle client objections and provide support when issues arise. Qualifications: Experience in customer success, account management, or customer support. Familiarity with Google Ads (understanding of basic concepts is required).
