Revenue Cycle Customer Service Representative
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a
Revenue Cycle Customer Service Representative
to fill an opening with one of the largest Primary Care practices in
Fort Myers, FL!
Daily Responsibilities for Revenue Cycle Customer Service Rep:
Ensure timely reprocessing of Athena claims by updating accounts with new information from patients or physicians, adhering to the guidelines and timeframes set by the insurance carrier Thoroughly knowledgeable in all HIPAA guidelines to safeguard patient information from unauthorized access Process and post payments to accounts on the same day they are received Required Qualifications for Revenue Cycle Customer Service Rep:
HS Diploma or GED 6+ months of Medical Billing experience (reviewing claims rejections, appeals, resubmitting claims for approval) Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance experience CPT knowledge Preferred Qualifications for Revenue Cycle Customer Service Rep:
Athena EMR experience XIFIN billing system Associates in related field
Benefits for Revenue Cycle Customer Service Rep:
Medical, Dental, Vision Hybrid Schedule - 3 days remote, 2 days in office Robust PTO package
Pay Details: $21.00 an hour - $24.00 an hour based on experience
