Full-time, Employee-Owned Salary Range : $130,000 - $175,000 Job Description: Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Environmental Engineer to join our Client's dynamic team in California. As a fully employee-owned company, our Client prides themelves on fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental remediation, with a strong focus on remedial systems design. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage environmental remediation projects from inception to completion. Design and implement remedial systems to address contaminated sites. Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk evaluations. Develop and review technical reports, proposals, and regulatory submissions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to communicate project progress and outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental remediation and remedial systems design. Professional Engineer (PE) license in California highly preferred. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
