Senior Java Developer:
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Java Developer for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client's Tampa office.
Senior Java Developer - Job Description: The Senior Java Developer will lead the development and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs, working closely with the Technology team. The focus is on enhancing application systems to deploy new products and process improvements.
Senior Java Developer - Responsibilities: •Partner with management teams to integrate functions and meet goals •Identify and define necessary system enhancements •Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of complex business and system processes •Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design adheres to architecture •Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards •Integrate business areas like architecture and infrastructure to achieve goals •Provide in-depth analysis and develop innovative solutions •Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts
Senior Java Developer - Mandatory Skills: •Java 17, Spring Boot 3.0, Angular 14+ •JavaScript, PL/SQL (Oracle 19c) •DB Design and Optimization •10+ years of hands-on development experience •Experience in tech lead role •Experience in agile projects and DevOps practices •Good verbal communication skills
Senior Java Developer - Nice-to-Have Skills: •Experience with CI/CD pipelines •Strong problem-solving skills •Quick learning ability •Strong ownership and responsibility •Team spirit
