Manage Talent Acquisition Team
Mentor, develop, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance on best practices, productivity goals, and talent pipeline development. Foster a collaborative team environment that ensures high-quality service to internal stakeholders. Support the evolution of the Talent Acquisition team towards a function that is viewed as a strategic, consultative, proactive business partner.
Drive Executive and Niche Talent Searches
Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership on key hires for critical roles, including executive and senior management positions. Oversee recruiting efforts for niche, high-skill positions across the company.
Optimize Candidate Experience and Recruitment Operations
Lead initiatives to improve candidate experience and reduce hiring timelines. Work with HR and hiring managers to create seamless and effective interview and onboarding processes.
Analyze Metrics and Report on Hiring Progress
Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, candidate satisfaction, and quality of hire. Use data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimize processes, and address any challenges in the hiring funnel.
Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Hiring
Drive DEI initiatives to ensure a diverse talent pool and promote inclusive hiring practices. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to remove potential biases and create fair evaluation criteria.
Build and Maintain Relationships
Establish strong partnerships with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities. Build networks with external talent, industry leaders, and educational institutions to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a management role. Proven experience in creating recruitment strategies and managing full-cycle recruiting. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in HR or a related field. Experience recruiting in [specific industry, e.g., technology, finance, healthcare]. Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS).
