The Senior Process Transformation Engineer will be focused on supporting the design/management of the enterprise process standards and help coordinate the clean-up/upload of existing process artifacts into new standards/tool. They will also be responsible for leading/co-leading process design sessions, working with multiple stakeholders across various Business Units/Support Functions, and taking a leadership role in education regarding Continuous Improvement across the Bank.
Position Responsibilities:
Support creation of ongoing Executive communications documents to share progress and findings with stakeholders. Work collaboratively with Lines of Business (LOB) to introduce/reinforce process standards and guidelines. Training Support for BPM Solution
Coordinate and support ongoing process design training needs with Process Transformation Governance Leads. Collaborate with LOBs/Support Functions on deploying BPM solutions across the enterprise. Ongoing Process Artifact Support
Lead or co-lead design sessions across Business Units and Support Functions. Work with Governance Leads to identify, prioritize, and vet process improvement opportunities. Advise PT Team and stakeholders on driving solutions for efficiency. Support compliance of process artifacts with new standards and assist with converting/uploading artifacts into new BPM solutions. Execution and Monitoring
Monitor training needs and support BU/Support Functions. Partner with stakeholders to optimize solutions and promote adoption. Leverage process redesign concepts to support BU/Support Function goals. Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or 10 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma/GED. Minimum 5 years of experience with enterprise-level business process management solutions (e.g., Pega, Bizagi, Appian, iGrafx). Strong relationship management skills with third-party vendors and senior stakeholders. Proven ability to prioritize multiple requests and deliver results on time. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and simplifying complex topics. At least 3 years of end-to-end enterprise process management implementation experience, including discovery, documentation, modeling, analysis, and measurement. Experience in banking, capital markets, or financial services preferred; Black Belt Six Sigma certification preferred; Sigma Certification preferred. Work Environment:
Category C - Days in the office will vary from 2-5 days per week. Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with hybrid onsite and remote work options.
