The Senior Product Development Manager will develop and manage processes to assess and implement new emerging capabilities aligned with our product strategy by market segment. This role includes leading the overall program infrastructure, evaluating solution effectiveness, and developing product roadmaps for next-generation products. The role involves leading assessments of technologies and solutions supporting health and well-being, using market research and consumer insights to create actionable strategies. The Senior Product Manager will exhibit effective cross-functional project management, implement nimble business strategies, and build innovative products, benefits, and services. Building strong internal and external relationships and communicating effectively at all organizational levels are also key responsibilities. Your Day to Day Partner with stakeholders such as Sales, Wellness, Medical Management, Consumer Solutions, and Finance to develop market-leading products. Provide oversight to advance emerging solutions strategies. Utilize analysis and planning, including market research and needs assessments, to create product plans and identify necessary changes. Monitor performance and effectiveness of solutions to ensure competitiveness and achievement of strategic objectives. Understand business, regulatory, and association rules; identify solutions to obstacles; be solution-oriented. Maintain a solid understanding of corporate strategies, offerings, services, market trends, and competition. Apply insights to evolve products supporting the consumer engagement strategy and creating exceptional experiences. This document is not exhaustive; employees may perform other duties as required. What You Bring: Experience with digital health care technologies or the healthcare industry. College degree with relevant employment experience. Understanding of the healthcare market. Ability to monitor digital health market trends. Strategic thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Full time Salary Range: $131,130 - $160,270 The posted salary range reflects the employer's good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on education, experience, and other factors. The role is also eligible for variable pay and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, insurance, 401(k), and well-being benefits.
