$69.00/hr - $76.00/hr Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking a Sr. Change Management - Project Management in their Boston, MA location. Responsibilities: Lead medium to large projects through the project development life cycle, including defining scope, planning, budgeting, and managing resources to ensure successful project execution. Work closely with project sponsors and Systems counterparts to define project scope, develop project plans, and manage project budgets. Oversee project tasks, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage resources to successfully meet project goals and deliverables. Coordinate the execution of project tasks with subject matter experts, analysts, and other participants, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Provide regular project updates and communication to project sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables. Facilitate project testing, including user acceptance, regression, client, and parallel/pilot testing. Create and present Change Oversight materials, manage project dashboards and reports, and assist in portfolio status reporting to senior leadership. Actively manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and addressing concerns to maintain a positive client experience. Requirements: BA/BS degree and/or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of related work experience, with strong financial services industry experience, especially in Custody operations. Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques, including business case development, ROI analysis, planning, and issues management. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and mentor Business Analysts. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex project landscapes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, mediate, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery approaches is preferred. Knowledge of the general regulatory environment and industry standards is a plus. Seniority level
