- Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls professionally
- Manage and distribute mail and office correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Schedule meetings and manage basic calendars
- Order and manage office supplies
- Provide basic administrative support to team members
- Assist with light data entry and document preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- 1-2 years of administrative or reception experience
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational abilities
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Typing speed of 45-50 WPM
