A leading firm is seeking a Senior VDC Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) standards across projects. This key position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Autodesk tools, BIM workflows, and API integrations , who will drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation in project delivery.
- Key Responsibilities: VDC Standards & Workflow Optimization – Establish and maintain best practices for Autodesk and compatible BIM tools, ensuring streamlined project execution.
- Industry Collaboration – Build and maintain partnerships with software vendors to integrate cutting-edge solutions.
- Technology & Automation – Support API deployment and automation initiatives, enhancing VDC tools and processes.
- Mentorship & Training – Guide and support VDC Specialists in technical skills and software workflows.
- Strategic Development – Contribute to the VDC roadmap, aligning initiatives with industry trends and company goals.
- Qualifications & Experience: Expertise in Autodesk and BIM workflows , with the ability to optimize project efficiency.
- Experience collaborating on API development and automation projects.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
- Background in architecture, engineering, or construction , with an understanding of model development and project coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

- Salary Range: 85k – 100k /year average offering.
