General Manager - Stiltz Franchising - Denver, Colorado We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead our Stiltz Company-Owned Franchise in Denver, Colorado and drive business growth through strategic sales, marketing, and operational excellence. This is a B2C role, responsible for overseeing showroom operations, local marketing initiatives, sales performance, customer experience, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Business Growth & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase
showroom traffic, generate leads, and drive sales. Local Marketing & Brand Awareness: Implement targeted local marketing initiatives and strategies, including campaigns, community outreach, and events, to attract new customers and increase brand visibility. Financial & Operational Management: Oversee budgeting, inventory, and cost controls to maximize profitability. Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment. Customer Experience & Engagement: Ensure an outstanding customer journey from first contact to post-installation support, enhancing satisfaction and referrals. Showroom Management: Maintain an exceptional showroom experience, optimizing product displays, interactive demonstrations, and customer engagement. Marketing & Outreach: Work closely with the corporate marketing team to develop and drive local awareness through events, partnerships, and advertising. Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards. Key Skills & Experience: Proven leadership experience in a showroom, retail, or sales-driven environment. Strong marketing acumen, including experience with local marketing. Sales expertise with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Experience in the home mobility, home improvement, or luxury retail sector preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyze sales and marketing data to adjust strategies accordingly. Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing analytics tools, and sales reporting software. Why Join Us?
