Sanpete Family Resource Center
(SanpeteFRC.org) is seeking a dedicated
Volunteer Executive Director
to help lead and grow our nonprofit organization. We are dedicated to "connecting Sanpete families with Sanpete resources!" We fulfill our mission by helping everyone become aware of the resources that are available in Sanpete County and reducing barriers to accessing these resources. This role is ideal for a
retired professional, an experienced community leader, or anyone with skills, time, and talent to contribute
toward a mission that truly matters— connecting Sanpete families with Sanpete resources to improve lives. As our Executive Director, you’ll have the
flexibility
to work around your own schedule (approximately
15 hours per week ) while taking on a leadership role in an organization that
makes a tangible impact on our community.
You'll work with an engaged board of directors, volunteers, and local service providers to
expand and strengthen our programs, build new connections, and ensure our services run smoothly. This is a
volunteer position (no pay) , but it offers

in Sanpete County. Responsibilities
Lead & Organize
– Oversee the
day-to-day operations
of the Sanpete Family Resource Center, ensuring programs and initiatives run effectively. Run Our Rideshare Program
– Coordinate and recruit volunteers (we're always looking for new volunteers!) and clients to help individuals
without transportation
access vital resources. Manage Our Resource Database
– Maintain and expand our directory of
local businesses, service providers, and charitable resources
to better connect those in need. Grow & Improve the Organization
– Identify new opportunities,
expand programs , and work toward a stronger, more impactful presence in the community. Fundraising & Grant Writing
– Help secure
funding through community donations, grants, and partnerships
to sustain and grow our efforts. Engage with the Community (Marketing)
– Represent the organization at
events, meetings, and networking opportunities
to strengthen partnerships and awareness. Work with the Board of Directors
– Report on progress, seek guidance, and collaborate to ensure
the long-term success
of the organization. Qualifications
A DEGREE IS NOT REQUIRED
—we are looking for
the right person with the right SKILLS and HEART for service. We will take skills over degrees all day, every day! Lives in Sanpete County
and understands the unique needs of the community. Is
organized, driven, and able to work independently
with little supervision. Is
bursting with Integrity. Has strong
leadership, communication, and management
skills. Believes deeply in our mission
and is passionate about
helping others. Has recruiting skills, and can coordinate volunteers and programs. Has experience with
fundraising, networking, or community engagement . Is tech-savvy enough to
manage a database (spreadsheet) and social media accounts. Has skills in Quickbooks
(is a major plus!) Has experience using AI to be more productive and efficient
(is a major plus!) Additional Information
