We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our facility in Crookston, MN. This position offers an increased rate of $100 per hour and the chance to work with a supportive team!

A mix of outpatient, subacute, and inpatient caseloads, with a heavier emphasis on outpatient. Start Date:

13 Weeks Requested Experience:
We welcome new graduates with outpatient experience from clinicals, although some experience is preferred. Staffing Details:
You will be part of a collaborative team consisting of 9 PTs and 1 PTA. You'll have access to the Director of Rehabilitation, who is also a PT, for guidance and support. Work closely with an interdisciplinary team including OT and SLP, with additional support from RT and Cardiac Rehab. EMR System:
Epic Caseload Details: Patients range from pediatric to geriatric with various diagnoses such as acute orthopedic, chronic pain, post-operative orthopedic, neuromuscular reeducation, vestibular, pelvic health, and sports injuries. Inpatient cases will include acute medical needs, post-operative recovery, and subacute care. Average caseload: 8 patients per day; 5-8 evaluations per week. Treatment sessions are scheduled for 30, 45, or 60 minutes, with 60 minutes for evaluations. Schedule:
