Job Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and survey respondents on various topics Read a script verbatim, ask questions, and record responses Conduct telephone interviews, Polls, and Customer Satisfaction Surveys Skill Requirements: Great communication skills and ability to speak clearly over the phone Comfortable talking on the phone Basic reading, computer, and typing skills Basic understanding of good customer service Experience: No experience necessary.
