Position: Survey CAD Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed CAD drawings and plans for land surveying projects. Collaborate with surveyors and project managers to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects. Process and analyze survey data to create topographic maps, boundary surveys, and ALTA surveys. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in all drawings and plans. Assist in the preparation and review of project proposals, budgets, and schedules. Maintain and update survey CAD files and records. Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CAD Technician in land surveying. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant surveying software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing survey drawings. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Benefits:
