Location: Tallahassee, FL (on-site) Duration: Contract through June + extension Responsibilities Serve as an escalation point for the field service customer support professionals that are onsite supporting over 300 customer sites with approximately 18,000 users worldwide. Ensure top-level customer support is provided to users as well as field service personnel. Qualifications Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years of IT administration support experience (or commensurate experience). Clearance Required: Active Secret clearance. Experience in resolving problems such as: Network access, remote and local File access/restore iPhone setup O365/M365 Email access Microsoft Office Applications Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS Printer/Plotter Setup iDRAC (local and remote server management) Backup systems Commvault VPN Technologies Zscaler Citrix VDI VMware, ESXi, vCenter Server Company Overview GovCIO is a team of transformers--people who are passionate about transforming government IT.
