Location: Medford, OR Setting: School Schedule: Days; M-F - School Hours Start Date: 8/19/2025 - 3-5 year contract! Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Referral Program, Travel Reimbursement, 401K Speech-Language Pathologist Duties: *Diagnose and treat students (pre-K through 12th grade) with communication and swallowing disorders impacting their educational performance, including but not limited to articulation, phonology, language, fluency, voice, and social communication. *Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services as outlined in students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with educational teams and families. *Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine eligibility for speech-language services, develop IEP goals and objectives, and monitor student progress through data collection and analysis. *Supervise and mentor speech-language pathology assistants (SLPAs) and other support personnel involved in the delivery of speech-language services within the school setting. *Maintain current knowledge of best practices in school-based SLP services, including special education law, assessment tools, and evidence-based interventions. *Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to advocate for students' communication needs and support the school's mission of providing inclusive and accessible education.
