Job DescriptionJob Description
Wholesaler needs Buyer, with Cost Accounting experience, Seeking detail-oriented and Strategic Vendor Manager with strong backround in purchasing and analytical skills. To over see supplier relationships and negotiations to ensure optimal pricing, quality and delivery of goods to meet our customer needs and deadlines.
Role responsible for negotiating vendor contracts, evaluating vendor performances and maintaining costs for products as well as resolving vendor issues related to delivery, invoicing, quality and service.
Experience in pricing of customer retails and list pricing relating to customer costs to maintain corporate gross profit. In house inventory software integrates with our Website for customers only. Familiar with UPS World ship, USPS and LTL shipments. Responsible for product choices and pricing for Semi monthly sales flyer for customers and Closeout deals from Vendors. Proficient in ERP procurement Software, Distribution One, Word and Excel a must.
Associates or Bachelors degree .
Supply Chain or related fields helpful.
