Description of the role:
The Sales Associate at Webinar Demo Account will be responsible for assisting customers in their purchasing decisions, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills. The Sales Associate will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the sales team to contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in understanding the features and benefits of products
Provide recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs and preferences
Ensure a positive and personalized shopping experience for customers
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and promotions
Participate in product trainings and stay informed about industry trends
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
