A day in the life: What you do
Determine the most efficient use of employee resources to accomplish company goals. Daily operation of WIP line and supporting production line Demonstrate and enforce a commitment to quality and the quality process. Prioritize and assign workload to meet schedule based on available resources. Execute and coordinate employee training to ensure that procedures are followed and meet all quality requirements. Identify and report problems and potential problems regarding materials quality and other work-related issues and recommend corrective action on a timely basis. Ensure that the sufficient supply of appropriate tools, equipment and supplies are available to accomplish tasks. Motivate employees, provide positive feedback on performance and mediate disputes. Observe and enforce all Company rules and safety practices to ensure a hazard free work environment is maintained. Support cleaning & Sanitation of WIP line Maintain consistent daily housekeeping of all areas of responsibility. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: What you know
High School Diploma or equivalent Experience working in a production/packaging brewery or manufacturing environment Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve quickly Ability to lift 55lbs occasionally Work in a temperature-controlled environment Strong work ethic and a team player that is looking for a position at a fast- growing company Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail Willingness to assist with tasks outside key responsibilities Communicate efficiently with team Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
