ABOUT THE POSITION
Wolf Haven International’s next Development Director will create and execute the organization’s development strategy to meet its financial goals. Under the guidance of the Executive Director, the Development Director designs, implements, and evaluates development programs and public relations for Wolf Haven’s diverse audiences and partners. This includes board members, current and prospective donors, corporations, granting organizations, foundations, and public groups across the west, particularly in Washington and Montana. The Development Director provides leadership on all fundraising initiatives including major gifts, planned giving, donor cultivation, and special events, while promoting Wolf Haven’s humane ethics as a GFAS-accredited sanctuary. This work is critical to Wolf Haven’s mission and will help the organization become more diverse, inclusive, and equitable. $80,000 - $105,000 (dependent on experience)
