Title: Senior People Systems Analyst, Workday Duration: 06+ month contract with high possibility for extension Location: Remote Position Description Duties: As a Senior People Systems Analyst your goal will be to help grow efficiently by building and scaling our People business systems, Workday platform. You will: Recommend, develop, and implement effective/strategic system solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. Work closely with business partners, developers and cross functional teams to identify gaps and enhancement opportunities to mature the Workday infrastructure (Org, Job, Comp,Security, etc). Design and implement new methods, and systems (both automated and manual) to improve the processing and flow of information within the company leveraging Workday best practices. Support documentation of requirement, configuration, test plans and user acceptance criteria for user story, and functional delivery. Perform program unit tests based on sample data, stipulated functional test conditions and stipulated expected results; resolve any issues of functionality (i.e., debug programme logic errors). Support application configuration, system integrations as well as incident resolution To accomplish this, you will partner with other teams in our HR departments, Payroll and Finance. Some projects you will work on: Auditing our Workday instance and subsequently improving foundational components like organization structure, data hygiene, security model, job architecture, and business processes. Skills: You have: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior People Systems Analyst with increasing levels of responsibility on Workday In-depth experience with Workday cross functionally HCM core Workday security, business process design and core experience beneficial Experience with HCM Core setup and architecture of Workday Previous roles in a high growth, tech environment Familiarity with leading cross-functional projects and interact at all levels Strong relationship building skills coupled with the ability to develop consensus Even Better: Workday HCM Pro Certification Workday Compensation Pro Certification Experience with Workday re-implementation #J-18808-Ljbffr
