The Technical Lead (Telecom) is responsible for supporting daily operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring high-quality data delivery. This role assists the Analysis Operations Manager in streamlining workflows, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting analysts in adapting to evolving project requirements. The role also involves guiding team members, assigning tasks, and monitoring analysts' performance. Responsibilities
Operational Support & Process Improvements
Assist with daily operations and enhance workflow efficiency. Support the Analysis Operations Manager in optimizing team performance. Help analysts navigate shifting requirements and priorities. Keep the team lead informed of process and scope changes and assist in monitoring adaptation.
Customer & Scope Management
Assist in customer communications regarding scope changes and project updates. Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and clients.
Quality Control & Rejection Monitoring
Track and resolve QC issues with appropriate support. Sort and monitor QC rejections to ensure timely follow-ups and ownership. Analyze QC rejections by gathering data from multiple sources to determine: Next steps for resolution. Responsible party for corrective actions. Urgency and resolution timelines. Communicate clearly with the Flight Operations team on recaptures. Document resolutions, questions, and concerns with relevant parties. Address recurring QC trends proactively to prevent future issues.
Overall Quality Assurance
Monitor and maintain high-quality data standards across the team. Provide feedback and support corrective actions to enhance quality control.
Qualifications
Experience: 2-3 years in the telecom field. Leadership: 1-3 years of logistical experience and team guidance or leadership, including task assignment and performance management. Strong independent work skills, including prioritization and problem-solving. Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively within a fully remote workforce. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Interest in technology and drone operations (UAV experience is a plus). What’s Included
