Job Title: Manufacturing Controller
Compensation: $120-145K + bonus

What You'll Do:
- Manage monthly financial close, analyze cost variances, and present insights to leadership.
- Monitor spending vs. budget, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost structure alignment across the organization.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft D365 F&O, BI tools) for data analysis and efficiency improvements.
- Refine core financial processes and collaborate with operations to resolve system discrepancies.
What Experience You'll Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing finance experience, with expertise in cost accounting and variance analysis.
- Experience in a multi-line manufacturing company.
