Job Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities Check in all employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries. Ensure all visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers sign in and present IDs; provide temporary badges. Maintain logs of IDs, sign-in sheets, and security activities. Support visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers as needed. Review surveillance footage and maintain event logs. Create and manage access cards for new personnel. Alert management about security system issues. Coordinate delivery schedules and shipments. Monitor and ensure compliance with laws and policies. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Report system discrepancies immediately. Document activities using company systems. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Manage van keys and cash handling procedures securely. Coordinate cash deposits and ensure security during transactions. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Experience in security operations required. Positive attitude and teamwork skills. Ability to operate and maintain facility equipment safely. Strong communication skills. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Age 21+ and able to register with the state cannabis commission. Compliance with industry laws and policies. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. Physical and Mental Demands Must be able to stand for long periods, work at heights, and operate in various environmental conditions. Exposure to dust, pollen, and mechanical hazards is possible. Vision and focus skills are required. Work is in a warehouse environment with moderate noise and potential mechanical hazards.
