As a Customer Care Representative, you will work intimately with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Processing sales transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies. Aiming to achieve and surpass sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintaining precise work order files and formulas. Tinting and mixing products as needed to customer specifications. Stocking shelves and setting up appealing displays. Cleaning store equipment and maintaining an organized workspace. Loading and unloading delivery trucks as required. Staying knowledgeable on offered products and discussing available options with customers.
