Join our expanding healthcare team as a Neonatal Physician Assistant in a 20-bed Level-III NICU located in Brooksville, FL. This permanent position offers a dynamic work environment with an average daily census of 12-20 and approximately 1600 annual deliveries. Job Requirements
Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
Board Certified through NCCPA
Completion of a Neonatal PA training program preferred
2+ years of NICU experience as a Physician Assistant
Florida PA license (or willingness to obtain)
Clean malpractice/licensing history preferred
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care in a Level-III NICU setting
Collaborate with Neonatologists and sub-specialists
Develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
