What You'll Do: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for the effective implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Collaborate closely with students, employing both direct and indirect methods to foster progress and development. Demonstrate skills and provide instruction through impactful modeling and teaching techniques. Coordinate with teachers, SAI educators, and school POCs to streamline behavioral support strategies. Manage and organize Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and 504 plans. Attend IEP meetings to contribute insights and recommendations. Design and implement programs aligned with IEP goals to maximize student success. Maintain accurate session notes and submit them through designated portals for documentation. Prepare comprehensive quarterly progress reports to track and communicate student advancements effectively. Organize, coordinate, and monitor RBT hours in accordance with BACB guidelines in collaboration with POC at the school district. Conduct RBT competency assessments. Other job duties as assigned by the Director of Behavioral Services. Qualifications We're Looking For: Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. School-based experience is a plus but not mandatory—entry-level BCBAs are encouraged to apply! Prior experience in special education is preferred but not required.
