Position: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Location:
Del Valle, TX (78617) Schedule:
Full-Time (2025-26 School Year) Compensation:
Up to $62/hour (W2 position)

Occupational Therapist
to join our team serving students in
Del Valle, Texas

Key Responsibilities: Conduct
evaluations and assessments
for fine motor, sensory processing, visual-perceptual, and self-care skills
Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans
aligned with IEP goals
Provide
direct therapy services
(individual/group) and classroom-based interventions
Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents to support student success
Recommend and train staff on
adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and sensory strategies
Maintain accurate documentation of services in compliance with
Texas Medicaid and IDEA requirements
Participate in
ARD/IEP meetings
and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions Requirements:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current
Texas OT License
(or ability to obtain)
Experience in
school-based settings
preferred but not required
