*Sinnissippi Centers, Inc.* is hiring *Community-Based Clinical Supervisors* in Sterling, IL, with *two exciting opportunities available*—one focused on supporting our youth population and another dedicated to serving our adult population.
As a *Community-Based Clinical Supervisor*, you will lead and assist the Community Support team, focusing on reducing hospitalizations and crisis episodes while enhancing community functioning through the achievement of individualized recovery goals.

*Responsibilities:* * Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to a team of 3-4 Support Team staff members * Use clinical expertise to diagnose, treat, and make informed decisions for clients, particularly in areas requiring behavioral health and trauma-focused care, within the scope of program services * Utilize a trauma-informed, collaborative approach to support clients in their recovery journey * Ensure accurate and timely completion of service documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
*Requirements: * * Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, required * LPC or LSW required; LCPC or LCSW, preferred * 5+ years of clinical mental health experience * 2+ years of supervisory experience in mental health/human services fields
