Overview
This role is responsible for providing pre- and post-sales product support to internal and external customers. The product manager will work closely with other business divisions such as the factory, technical support, sales, and marketing to effectively gather, test, organize and distribute product information. This role is an integral part of supporting GREE brand activities throughout the United States and Canada.
Responsibilities
Develop extensive personal knowledge of GREE products, their applications, and configurations. Work with factory teams to gather, organize, and publish technical product data. Proofread and edit product manuals, submittals, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency. Maintain product spare parts lists, and ensure they are complete and accurate. Work with purchasing team to set up new products in Mincron and PIM. Respond to customer product inquiries in a professional, thorough, and timely manner. Prepare and install test units in the test facility to simulate field installation conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, evacuation and charging, flaring, brazing, duct connection, electrical connection, etc. Set up test facilities and connect data acquisition instruments according to general instructions and per test standard requirements. Utilize computer software programs as required to collect and analyze test data, and create technical reports based on findings. Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. Education Requirements
Minimum of 5 years HVAC field technical service experience. A degree in engineering or related HVAC field is preferred, but not required. Hiring for these locations:
