We are seeking a
motivated and organized
Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential community. This role includes property maintenance, leasing, rent collection, and resident relations.
Location:
Gladstone, OR Pay:
$26-$29/hour DOE Job Type:
Full-time, On-Site
Requirements:
? Ability to live on-site (You will be on call 24 hours once hired on, so it is preferred, not required) ? 2+ years of property management experience (leasing emphasis) ? Microsoft 365, AppFolio & pool maintenance experience preferred ? High school diploma or GED ? Strong organizational & communication skills ? Valid driver's license & insured vehicle ? Available for after-hours calls ? Knowledge of landlord-tenant & fair housing laws
