Participating in community activities that enhance our company’s positive image. Conducting morning huddles to plan the day and recognize team efforts in customer focus and collaboration. Enjoying the opportunity to work with children, who represent 70% of our patient base.
We provide a supportive work environment equipped with:
DentaPro software Digital X-ray and Panorex units Fiber-optic handpieces Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A supportive ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A diverse patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients Efficient office flow with an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

Requirements:
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program Current, valid license to practice dentistry Current certifications such as CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults alike
