Gathering and analyzing information concerning the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of patients and their families to ensure comprehensive care. Collaborating with physicians, the interdisciplinary team, and other agencies to provide optimal patient care. Updating care plans based on ongoing assessments of patient needs. Providing therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing procedures as directed by physicians. Performing clinical pronouncement of death and providing necessary support to families. Maintaining accurate patient records, progress notes, and timely care plans. Qualifications: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state, having graduated from an accredited nursing program. A minimum of one (1) year clinical practical nursing experience in areas such as intensive care, rehabilitation, or medical-surgical nursing is preferred. Experience in home health care is a significant advantage. Current CPR certification is required. Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and carry appropriate automobile insurance.
