Deliver skilled nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON. Supervise CNAs and other support staff to ensure quality care delivery. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines. Promote a positive, respectful, and compassionate care environment. Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
in good standing (Iowa or ability to activate). Valid CPR certification. Completion of a
State-approved LPN Supervisory Course
or willingness to complete within the first 90 days of employment. Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for resident-centered care.
