Overview
Our client is looking for Robotic Welders on 2nd and 3rd shifts! Come work for a growing organization that prides itself on promoting internally. This facility is fully temperature controlled. We are seeking long-term fits for this position; our goal is to get you a job you'll enjoy for years. Training is available for candidates with even basic welding experience.
Pay: $18-20; PLUS $2/hour shift differential once hired on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Schedules:
2nd shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm
3rd shift Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am
**May need to train on 1st shift**
Work includes:
- Lift frame manually or using a hoist.
- Inspect and measure machined pieces to verify specifications.
- Unload welded frames from robotic welder.
- Remove rough spots using portable grinders, hand files, or scrapers.
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
- Perform all functions involved in the operation of robotic welder, including programming, touch point, and operations corrections.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience.
- Previous welding experience is a huge plus!
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
