Assignment Dates:
May 13, 14, 16, 19, 20, 21, 23, and 27
Schedule:
Mondays & Tuesdays | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesdays | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Fridays | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Overview
Provide occupational health services for patients ages 2 and up
No workers’ compensation cases included
Perform assessments, screenings, and preventive care
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
Document patient encounters using clinic EMR
Collaborate with clinic staff and supervising physicians as needed
Candidate Requirements
License:
Active Virginia NP License
Certification:
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred
Certifications:
BLS (current)
DEA:
Required
Experience:
Prior occupational medicine experience preferred
