What You Will Do:
Provide tailored patient care through supervision, assessments, and personal care plans. Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients and families to address their holistic needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate optimal care. Assist staff with complex patient care inquiries and celebrate patient achievements.
Required Certifications and Experience:
Current state licensure or certification. CPR certification (ACLS preferred) required. CRRN certification needed within one year of eligibility. Minimum one year of rehabilitation hospital experience in the last five years.
