Luxury Client Ambassador
to join its high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for a poised and emotionally intelligent individual with an appreciation for fine jewelry and exceptional service. The ideal candidate brings high agency, elevated client experience standards, and thrives in a dynamic, high-touch environment. This individual will guide clients through personalized purchase journeys—whether for bespoke designs, heirloom-worthy treasures, or special life milestones—and contribute to in-store and digital engagement, event presence, and clienteling strategy. The role reports to the Sales Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Engagement & Sales Excellence
Deliver exceptional, luxury-level service to clientele, consistently exceeding expectations. Cultivate long-term relationships through discretion, warmth, and personalized touchpoints. Manage client communication across CRM, phone, email, and social platforms. Support custom design projects with clear, thoughtful communication and follow-through. Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets while managing a disciplined client development strategy. Drive traffic through referrals, in-store consultations, digital outreach, and showroom interactions. Brand Presence & Team Contribution
Represent the brand with polish and professionalism at luxury events and private gatherings. Collaborate with the broader team to maintain a pristine showroom reflective of the brand and clientele. Participate in digital content creation to support storytelling and client engagement. Contribute to a team culture grounded in excellence, optimism, and shared success. REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
1-3 years of experience in a luxury retail, fine jewelry, or high-end hospitality environment. Proven track record of sales performance and client relationship development. Elevated interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable storytelling and guiding clients. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing leads and follow-ups. Experience with CRM systems, social media platforms, and digital outreach tools. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and support key seasonal business moments. WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience. 1-3 years in luxury sales, fine jewelry, or high-touch client service. Strong knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and craftsmanship is required. GIA AJP Certification a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Client Project, HubSpot, Podium, and G Suite is a plus. WORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT

Weekends and holiday availability required. Core hours typically reflect luxury retail operations. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
