Deliver high-quality nursing care in post-acute care facilities Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team Monitor and document vital signs for residents Maintain a clean and safe environment through sanitation and upkeep Assist residents with personal hygiene, feeding, grooming, and other activities of daily living (ADLs) Reposition and transport residents as needed Facilitate communication between staff, residents, and family members Engage regularly with residents, addressing their needs effectively Adhere to care plans and compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications and Skills:

Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing procedures Strong attention to detail Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
