Position: LPN OR RN
Type: PRN - Minimum 40 hours per month
Mount Alverna Village, part of Franciscan Ministries, is a vibrant senior living community located in Parma, Ohio. Position Summary:
In this vital role, you will deliver direct nursing care for our residents and provide guidance on health-related concerns within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate direct nursing care to residents.
Supervise and coordinate activities performed by Nursing Assistants to ensure a high degree of quality care.
Manage the admission, transfer, and discharge processes of residents.
Keep healthcare professionals informed of changes in resident conditions.
Respond swiftly to emergencies.
Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and procedures.
Position Requirements:
Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Licenses/Certifications:
An active LPN or RN license to practice in the state of Ohio. Experience:
At least 1 year of nursing experience. Skills & Abilities: Demonstrate compassion and dedication while working with residents.
