Are you a seasoned Data Scientist with a knack for business analysis? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Join our team and become an integral part of our Network Services division. We're a Fortune 500 company in the automotive industry, constantly growing and evolving. We need your expertise to help us make sense of our data and drive our business forward.What You'll Do:Manage and analyze data from our weekly Helix datasets, provided by another division within the company.Prepare and process datasets from our Service Desk Support Team using appropriate algorithm tools.Generate and present detailed reports and presentations on our services, including statistics, metrics, and analysis.Facilitate meetings to discuss data analysis of workloads and projects.What We're Looking For:A Bachelor's Degree is required.Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Understanding of the CRISP-DM process model and ability to follow the steps for a data mining project.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience working with multiple agencies, vendors, or departments in an enterprise environment.Minimum 1-3 years experience with PBI, R, IBM SPSS, and/or Tableau.Minimum 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Project and Excel.Minimum 2-3 years experience with DevOPs is preferred.Minimum 3-5 years experience with Remedy/Helix.Minimum 3-5 years working within a Telecommunications environment is preferred.Minimum 3-5 years experience in a large Enterprise setting.Minimum 3-5 years work experience with multiple network platforms is preferred.Minimum 3-5 years working with multiple network lines of service.Minimum 5+ years dealing with customers.
