Job DescriptionPosition Title:
Business Analyst 5Justification : Provide presentations, reports, statistics, metrics, and analysis of services provided by Network Services
Short Description:
Receive, process, present data, and information from our weekly Helix datasets which are provided from another I&O division.
Complete Description:
Extrapolate datasets from Service Desk Support Team and prepare using appropriate algorithm toolsAbility to obtain and report data analysis of datasetsFacilitate meetings to discuss data analysis of workloads and projectsExcellent interpersonal skillsSkills, Experience and Education:
Bachelors Degree, RequiredOrganization and Prioritization skills are MandatoryUnderstanding CRISP-DM process modelAbility to follow the steps for a data mining projecto Business Understandingo Data understandingo Data preparationo Modelingo Evaluationo Deployment
Communication and Interpersonal skills are MandatoryPrevious experience working with multiple agencies and/or vendors and/or departments in an enterprise environment are Required
Minimum 1-3 years experience with PBI, R, IBM SPSS, and/or TableauMinimum 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Project and Excel is RequiredMinimum 2-3 years experience with DevOPs is PreferredMinimum 3-5 years experience with Remedy/Helix is RequiredMinimum 3-5 years working within a Telecommunications environment is PreferredMinimum 3-5 years experience in a large Enterprise setting is RequiredMinimum 3-5 years work experience with multiple network platforms is PreferredMinimum 3-5 years working with multiple network lines of service is RequiredMinimum 5+ years dealing with customers is Required
